Yesterday you turned four.
My beautiful little firework full of all your effervescent words and questions.
With curious eyes, wispy hair and bruises on your shins you feel everything in this world so very strongly.
With trembling lip I know there will be heartache for you gentle girl...such is your way of wearing your enormous heart on your sleeve. It is life's way also.
But oh there will be such heart bursting joy. Sunshine radiates from your being and love and affection rains from your every pore. You will have such magnificent adventures my honey girl. You will suck the marrow out of this life.
I will hold your hand for all my time on this beautiful planet...and then some.
