little things

Little things that make our world. Things I want to capture, tuck away and peek at another day....and smile.

She drove him around like my brother did me.
I styled my beautiful friends' wedding with native blooms, twine and jam jars.
Beach side nuptials.
Honey and lavender cake seemed the perfect way to herald Spring's arrival.
Sweet succulents in industrial spaces.
Afternoon light at the library.

  3. All such beautiful things to smile about this week Steph. You know I had the exact same bicycle too when I was little, colour and all and I'm sure my brother and I did the same, such great times and memories your two will have:) You did a beautiful job of styling your friends wedding, a natural. Wishing you a wonderful week. xx

  5. Yumm, honey and lavender cake. I bought a lovely jar of rich dark honey from a local oppie and paired with lavender would be a delicious way of enjoying it. x

  8. I can almost smell the library through your photo. I worked at our university library, in college, and I've always loved the warm, dusty scent of books.
