Mon Nouveau Tablier! - { My New Apron! }

I have never been one to use an apron whilst cooking. I'm more of a lick your fingers as you go kinda cook, wiping the leftovers on a manky tea towel [manky (man-kee) adj. gross, disgusting, vile, covered in food...also made up!] ! But now with being a Mumma and the associated role modeldom (I know, a made up word again!) that comes with such a profession, I feel I need to be a little more Martha Stewart in the kitchen.

And thanks to Sophie of Chez Sophie I will now look trés fetching while I'm at it. My apron arrived the other day and I absolutely love it. Thanks so much Soph!

Such a delightful fabric and big roomy pockets...big enough to hide a manky old tea towel! Old habits and all!!!

Also a huge merçi to Sarah of Red Gingham for organising the whole apron swap. What a lovely time I've had!!
